We want you to be 100% satisfied with your art and we will do everything we can to make your purchase a wonderful experience.

Once your art is complete we will email you high resolution pictures of your very own piece and wait for your approval.In the event of any detail being not to your liking, we will instruct the artist to touch up the piece according to your specification.

This way you know exactly what you'll be getting and there will not be any surprises.This will eliminate the need and the hassle of returning the piece.

In the rare occasion of you not liking the piece once delivered you will be able to return it for a refund of the full price minus the shipping and processing expenses. Please be sure to call us and get a return approval number first. (Custom paintings will be assessed a 30% restocking fee)

Please note that if you cancel an order prior to receiving the merchandise, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Standard turnaround time for the artwork is 3-4 weeks. If your needs are urgent, we may cut down the time needed to just 8-14 days. (extra charge may apply).
